So, there I was, minding my own business, thinking about life or whatever, when I stumbled upon the news that Xbox Game Pass is adding a real banger on June 26 — Against the Storm. Now, don’t ask me why this caught my attention. Maybe I’m just nuts about city builders or something. Who knows?
Anyway, Against the Storm isn’t just any game. Nah, it’s rated a whopping 92 by critics. It’s like a roguelite city builder, and if that sounds like gibberish, just imagine building stuff in a world that keeps changing its mind. Fascinating, right?
Oh, and here’s a fun tidbit: they initially dropped this gem on PC Game Pass back in December 2023. Console folks were left hanging – like, come on! But now, Xbox One and Xbox Series X users get to see what all the fuss was about. June 26th, mark it down or scribble it on a sticky note if you’re like me and lose track easily.
Ugh, sorry — sidetracked again. The point was, besides Against the Storm, June 2025 isn’t looking too shabby for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. The Alters joins the show on June 13, and Rematch, which, by the way, is a soccer game from the Sifu creators, comes rolling in on June 19.
