Okay, so here we go. I stumbled upon this tidbit — Glaciered, yeah, it’s cooking up as this kinda oddball console exclusive, only for the Nintendo Switch 2. Weird, right? Like, why only that console? I dunno, maybe they know something we don’t. Or maybe it’s just hype. Who can say. Playism and this other place, Studio Snowblind (seriously, what a name!), they’re the brains behind it.
Picture this: Earth, and nope, not the one we know. Fly a whole 65 million years forward. Everything’s just ice. Like someone poured a giant Slurpee over everything. And out of nowhere, bam, you’ve got these Tuai things kicking around. Birds, but cooler, like the next-gen version of dinosaurs. Makes you wonder how birds pulling off dinosaur vibes would look. Probably kinda freaky, kinda awesome.
Anyway, you’re this Tuai — and it’s like you’ve got front-row seats to the wildest underwater show. Fighting off stuff that makes you thankful sharks don’t live in your bathtub. The way they jazz it up with “real-time, dynamic combat” — yeah, sounds fancy, but could be just chaotic button-mashing. Let’s hope not.
Oh, and, the game’s landing on the Nintendo eShop for Switch 2. So, mark your calendars for Winter 2025, unless you get distracted by, you know, life. Or other games. Or the fact that we’re still waiting for flying cars. But yeah, big screens, little consoles — they’ll have you covered. Have your controllers ready. Or your popcorn. Or both.
