Man, so, big news — PS Plus just scored its first-ever “AAAA” freebie game with this whole Days of Play 2025 shindig. Seriously, who even knew there were so many A’s in game rankings? Anyway, Ubisoft’s Skull and Bones, from 2024 (kinda feels like yesterday, but whatever), kicks off the lineup, starting with the folks in Japan and Asia on June 2nd. Other places will get in on the action soon — once the clocks decide it’s time.
I don’t really get the whole time zone thing, do you?
Oh, and remember they promised last week? Yeah, Skull and Bones is hopping on board right after Another Crab’s Treasure (you get more of that with Extra, Premium — whatever those are), plus some PS Plus Premium Trials. Games like Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 (only for PS5), and Sid Meier’s Civilization VII for both PS5 and PS4.
And then, right before you kicked back for the weekend, bam! Destiny 2: The Final Shape just magically appeared on PS Plus Essential. Crazy stuff, right? Now that that’s sorted, here are a few more bonus wonders sprouting up:

Uh, what else? Oh yeah, the other PS Plus Essential games, like the final trio, go live on Tuesday, June 3. Mark that down! You’ll get NBA 2K25 (PS5, PS4), Alone in the Dark 2024 (just PS5), and some Bomb Rush Cyberfunk (PS5, PS4).
